Data collected
Ma Bible Déco collects only the following data:
- Email address, when you subscribe to The Bulletin newsletter or to the AI audit waitlist.
- Anonymous browsing data (page views, duration, device type), through a privacy-respecting analytics tool. No personally identifiable information is tied to your browsing.
No sensitive data (health, opinions, precise civil identity) is requested or stored.
Purposes
Your data is used strictly to:
- Send you The Bulletin newsletter every Tuesday, if you subscribed.
- Notify you when the AI Audit module opens, if you signed up for early access.
- Measure site audience anonymously to improve the editorial content.
Your data is never sold, never shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, given when you subscribe to the newsletter or to the waitlist. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
Retention
Your email address is kept as long as you remain subscribed to the newsletter. Upon unsubscription, it is deleted within 30 days.
Anonymous browsing data is kept for a maximum of 13 months, in line with CNIL recommendations.
Processors
To operate, this site relies on the following providers:
- Cloudflare, technical hosting and delivery of the site.
- Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), sending of newsletter emails. French company, hosted in the European Union.
Each of these providers complies with the GDPR and uses your data only for the purposes defined by this site.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- access your data;
- rectify it;
- erase it (“right to be forgotten”);
- object to its processing;
- data portability.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@rocapp.eu. A reply will be issued within one month.
Complaints
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may file a complaint with the French data protection authority (cnil.fr/en).
